- Keep cool: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Room temperature: Best kept around 60–75°F.
- Keep the lid tight: Close securely after each use.
- Use clean, dry hands: Or use a clean spatula to help keep the product fresh.
- Avoid extreme heat: Do not leave in hot cars, near stoves, or in high temperatures.
- Natural texture: The butter may soften in warm conditions and firm up in cooler conditions.
